SHIPPING POLICY
At Beautyendevr.com we will always strive to give our customers our best to ensure your package is packaged, labeled, and shipped with care. We will ship to the address provided. If the address provided is incorrect, then it is the responsibility fo the customer to inform us prior to shipping. If the order is shipped and the address provided is incorrect, Beauty Endevr will only replace the order when the original order is returned to the Beauty Endevr warehouse by the shipping carrier. In addition, if the address provided is incorrect, the customer agrees to indemnify Beauty Endevr and will not hold Beauty Endevr for any damages or lost income due to shipping errors.
In case of lost or stolen packages, customers agree to indemnify Beauty Endevr, and not home us responsible to replace the order.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Please note: all orders for USPS Express 2-3 Business Day and UPS Overnight will need to be placed before 12:00 Noon Monday - Friday Mountain Standard Time to ensure packages will be shipped on the same day.
All Express orders placed on Friday before 12:00 Noon will arrive Monday before 8:00 p.m. There are no Saturday or Sunday Delivery options available.
HANDLING
Please note: all orders are subject to handling and require the necessary lead time to process and order, review the order, select the necessary items to fulfill the order, and pulling the items ordered from our inventory. We allow 1-2 full days of business to process an order. On the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, orders will not be handled until the following Monday, and in the event the Monday falls on a Federal Holiday, orders may not be handled until that next Tuesday.
30 DAY TRACKING POLICY
*This Policy is for Undelivered packages ONLY. (All lost mail that says “Delivered” will have to be settled with customers post office and or Police department.)
*Customers Package that has not moved in 30 days will be eligible for product reship on the 31st day non-movement.
*Reship is only valid from days 31-60 and customer is required to callback in order for reship to go out.
