Return Policy:
At Beauty Endevr, we happily accept returns of unused or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase. There’s a 20% restocking fee because, well, someone has to tidy up! Please note, we don’t cover shipping charges or additional fees. All returns will be issued as store credit to keep the beauty fun going at www.beautyendevr.com.

30-Day Warranty:
Every Beauty Endevr product comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer’s defects. If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it with a smile—free of charge. We might ask you to return the defective item, depending on what it is.
30-Day Tracking Policy:
For packages that seem to have vanished into thin air:
- This policy is for undelivered packages ONLY. (Lost mail marked as “Delivered” should be taken up with your local post office or the police.)
- If your package hasn’t moved in 30 days, give us a shout on the 31st day, and we’ll reship your items.
- Reshipping is valid from days 31-60. Just remember to call back to get your reshipment started.
