How do I place an order?
Once you're logged in (see above for details!), shopping with us is a breeze. Add your desired goodies to your cart, head to checkout, and voilà—your beauty dreams are on their way.
When I try to check out, I'm taken back to the "Cart" page. Why?
Uh-oh, this usually happens because the Professional License Number field was left blank. Make sure you enter a valid license number to proceed to the checkout. Your beauty stash awaits!
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
Bummer, we know! If an item is out of stock, you'll see a backorder message with an estimated ship date. You can still add it to your cart and place your order. We’ll charge your card right away, so you’re first in line when it’s back!
Can I enter multiple promotion codes?
We wish! But, unfortunately, our system is a one-promo-code-at-a-time kind of deal. Choose the best deal and enjoy the savings!
What is the cutoff time for order fulfillment?
For those who like things ASAP, place your order by 3 p.m. MST, and we’ll ship it the same day. Orders after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Speedy, right?
Can international orders be placed online?
Currently, we’re shipping only within the continental United States. Stay tuned as we expand our horizons!

When will my card be charged for items I order?
Your card will be charged for the full amount when you check out. No surprises here!
When I try to place my order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Oops! This means your card was declined. Give your issuing bank a call to sort things out and try again.
Do I have the option to store my credit card information?
Absolutely! Save your details for a quicker checkout next time.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Your patience will be rewarded!

What if my shipment is damaged?
