At Beauty Endevr, we believe in second chances—so long as your product is unused! We don't offer cash or credit refunds, but we do provide store credit that you can use within 90 days. Think of it as a shopping spree waiting to happen!
How to Return:
Got an unused product you want to return? Simply ship it back to us in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Heads up: there’s a 20% restocking fee (our elves need to tidy up). Once we inspect your item and confirm it’s unused, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement. Please note, shipping charges aren’t refundable as store credit.
Used Products:
If you've given the product a whirl and it didn’t work out, we’re sorry but no refunds or store credits on used items. Our products are designed for the pros—trained and licensed professionals who know their stuff!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If we made a boo-boo and sent you a damaged or incorrect order, refunds or replacements are on us. Just let us know!
