Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY:
Beauty Endevr will only review orders for refunds from products that are unused. We do not process cash or credit refunds. All refunds are returned as store credit and need to be used within 90 days of receiving the store credit.
If your product(s) is unused and you are wanting to return the said product, you'll need to ship the unused item in the original packaging back to Beauty Endevr within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will inspect the product for use and then issue for store credit or replacement product(s). Shipping charges are not refundable in the form of store credit.
In addition, If you've used the product and don't like it for some reason, we will not issue a refund or store credit on these items. Our products are to be used by industry professionals that are properly trained in using our products as a licensed professional.
*Note: Refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect orders.
