Track Your Order

Your kit is on its way. Here is how to follow it from our St. George warehouse to your door.

Track from your shipping email

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation. Tap View your order or Track package in that email to open your order status page. It shows live updates from the carrier, your tracking number and what's in the package.

Track from your account

If you checked out with an account, sign in at beautyendevr.com/account to see your order history. Select any order to open its status and tracking.

When tracking shows up

We allow 1-2 business days to process an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are handled starting Monday.
Once your order is packed, a shipping label is created and your tracking number becomes active. At first it may read "Label created."
The first carrier scan usually appears within 1-2 business days after the label is created. Then you'll see updates as your package moves.

Package marked delivered but not here?

Check around your door, mailroom or front desk, and with neighbors. Wait a day, since carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered shortly before it arrives. Then contact your local carrier or post office. If it's still missing, let us know so we can share your order and tracking details for your carrier claim.
