Report a Lost or Stolen Package

If your order hasn't shown up, or it arrived damaged, let us know and we'll help sort it out. A few quick checks often turn up a missing package, so please start with the list below.

Before you report

• Check tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or look up your order.
• Ask your neighbors. Carriers sometimes leave packages next door.
• Check your mailbox, parcel locker or leasing office. Also look around entrances, porches and side doors.
• Wait 48 hours after a "delivered" scan. Packages are sometimes scanned before they actually arrive.
