The first step to achieving incredible lifted lashes is our Bomb DUO Lifting Cream. Enriched with Cocoa Butter, Biotin, and Vitamin B3, our Step 1 allows you to perfectly lift the lashes while nourishing them at the same time.
The second step to achieving incredible lifted lashes is our Bomb DUO Neutralizing Cream. Enriched with Cocoa Butter, Hyaluronic Acid, Glass Microbeads, Panthenol, and Horsetail Extracts, our Neutralizing Cream nourishes the lashes while neutralizing the lifting cream.
